At F1 Authentics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your piece of Formula 1 history. If your memorabilia or teamwear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return your item within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our dedicated support team via the returns portal with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack your item in its original packaging, including all certificates of authenticity and protective materials, to ensure the item is not damaged during transit.

  Shipping Your Item

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location; we recommend using a tracked service for high-value memorabilia.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our specialists verify the condition and authenticity of the returned item, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 7-10 business days.
